Original Kanna™ is made as an adult alternative to alcohol. The kannafoods.com website, and every purchase of our products, is for people 21 years of age or older.
How the website age check works
- When you first visit kannafoods.com, you will be asked for your date of birth.
- If you are 21 or older, you can enter the site.
- If you are under 21, you cannot enter the site for the rest of that browser session.
What we store
We do not store or transmit your date of birth. Your age is calculated in your own browser. We save only a small note in your browser that you have passed the check, and when that note expires.
- If you choose “Remember me for 30 days,” you won’t be asked again on that browser for 30 days.
- If you don’t, you will be asked again after you close your browser.
- You can reset this at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for kannafoods.com.
Purchases and deliveries
When we sell online, we may confirm your age with an identity check at checkout, and we may require an adult 21 or older to sign for deliveries. Retail partners may check ID at the point of sale. We will not knowingly sell to anyone under 21.
